What format do I need to present the document in? 

We strongly recommend providing your documents in Word or Pages format. However, in the case of officially issued documents, where the document has already been printed, you can attach it as a scanned PDF document or even JPEG and PNG. Please note that for sworn and certified translations, you need to present the original document in hard copy. Please note that although we can accommodate multiple types of files, the legibility of the document will affect the delivery date.
